Katie Harrison: Mint chocolate is my favorite too! But if I had to choose two besides this one, I'd pick the chocolate mousse torte cake (yummy!!!) & the peanut butter mousse cake. They both sound so rich & delicious!
P.S. I hope you are feeling better. Although in my opinion, a little chocolate is never a bad thing.

Chocolate is a comfort for me, too ~ doesn't matter what form, as long as it's chocolate.
I almost died when I saw the Coconut Cream Cake on the home page! I love it! It's always nice to have a coffee cake on hand and I liked the Viennese Coffee Cake in Raspberry.
